Custom designed and custom made items all require payment in full prior to your order and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for any reason.
Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. All orders are custom and will require customer approval before production can begin.
Standard Shipping
Usually it takes 4-6 weeks from date an order was placed till delivered.
Shipper will bring the item to your doorstep. if the box is damaged in any way, please note box damaged, not inspected at delivery on the waybill. Any damage/damages must be reported to our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of the item. For international shipments, customer recognizes and is responsible for all import duties.
Some of our products will require a signature upon delivery.
Deluxe Shipping
Please call customer service for additional fees and costs associated with this service. If there are any damages or missing pieces, please note this on the shipping waybill. Any damages must be reported to our customer service department within (3) days of receipt of your item/items.
International Shipping
For international shipments, customer recognizes and is responsible for all import duties and all International Shipping Charges. International shipping Charges are calculated and charged to card provided at time of shipping. Please contact us to calculate International Shipping Charges.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items.
